I made some changes to the boots look, their stats and price. It's nice to have something custom to work towards. Thanks for making this mod, Vanillin.
Go into the folders for each respective boots and edit the .json file labeled "boots" Then either change the number next to "y" to whichever year you want (For example change "y 4" for Prismatic boots to "y 2") However, if you want it accessible from the first year completely delete the "y 4" section so it'll look like [ "f MarlonFay 2500" ] instead of [ "y 4", "f MarlonFay 2500" ]
