Allows loading SMAPI from the original game launcher, and enables SMAPI to work automatically on platforms other than Steam.

Instead of needing to edit your Steam properties or launching SMAPI via StardewModdingAPI.exe, you can extract these files into your game folder to have SMAPI automatically load when you launch the main game program.
To install, extract the 4 files into your game folder, such that they sit next to Stardew Valley.exe and StardewModdingAPI.exe.
To uninstall, delete those 4 files.
Note that you're not able to launch the vanilla game instantly after installing this. Just rename "Stardew Valley.exe.config" to something else if you want to temporarily load the vanilla game.
Untested on Linux and Mac OSX platforms. Crashes the game on launch if it cannot find StardewModdingAPI.exe.
Uses https://github.com/BepInEx/NRedirect as a bootstrap library.
