RainPlus lets the user set a day of the week in the config.json file for it to rain every week!

RainPlus defaults to making every Wednesday rain.
After installing this mod, run SDV once to generate the config.json.
Config.Json options
UseMax: Toggles using a maximum number of days between the last time it rains instead of setting a day of the week to rain.
MaxDays: Sets the maximum number of days before it rains.
RainDay: Sets the day of the week to rain.
Debug: Logs to the SMAPI console on the start of a new day, or use of the rain command.
UseGreet: Lets the user set custom greetings on the start of a new day.
Greetings: List of custom greetings user can add.
