Same here, I think it might have to do with the latest version of SMAPI using Harmony 2, and a few mods which explicitly used Harmony might need updating to work with it again now?

unfortunately i think its because of the new SMAPI and Harmony 2. we just have to wait for an update to this mod.

Xen0nex with this mod seemingly abandoned, would it be possible for you to develop your own version? I think this is the one mod we're all looking for and it could work great with your balance mod.

Since this mod has been abandoned seemingly and doesn't load with the new version of SMAPI, does anyone know of any other mods that do the same thing but actually still work

hey is this mod abandoned ?
really loving this mod before, and comeback to the game to see this mod is so outdated. Being probably the only mod that does this really shame to let this go. Hope you comeback to working on this again. :)

Is it possible to make it so that it is random/possible for the price to go up or down each cycle, rather than have it just decrease each cycle until it reaches the lower limit and then bounce back to the top limit?

Just seconding this idea; I think I mistakenly assumed this was how the mod worked all along, so I'd definitely also be interested in a feature like that.

Thanks for making a mod that's such a neat & simple way for us to add some variety and unpredictability to Stardew Valley!

However, I've noticed a possible bug:  the description mentions that Honeys and Fish Roe should have their price fluctuation affected by the base Flower or Fish, but in my game all Honeys share the same price fluctuation (87%), and all Fish Roe share the same fluctuation (100%), even though the various Flowers and Fish have different fluctuations.

UPDATE:  Not really a proper solution, but I found that in the config.json for the mod if you delete the entries for Wine, Juice, Jelly, Pickles, Roe, and Aged Roe from "WithoutObjects", and then also add Roe, Aged Roe, & Caviar to "WithObjects", then all those items will no longer be stuck at "100%" for price modifier.  However, although their prices will fluctuate, all Wines will share the same price modifier %, all Pickles share their own price modifier %, etc. just like how flavoured Honey works currently.

    348, 350, 342, 344 for Wine, Juice, Pickles, Jelly
812, 447, 445 for Roe, Aged Roe, Caviar

UPDATE #2: After looking more closely, it looks like the prices of these items are actually behaving as expected.  The only issue is that the UI is mistakenly listing the price modifier for these items as "100%" even though they really match the item they were made from.  So for certain artisan items (roe / aged roe / wine / juice / jelly / pickles / honey) you just need to remember it isn't actually 100% and check the price for the ingredient item, possibly keeping one of them handy to check if you don't want to look up the item in the price listing.

You can even add Honey ( 340 ) to the list of WithoutObjects to make it display 100% just like the Wines, Juices, etc. to help you remember you need to check the pricing for the flower to see what real % it is using currently.

I'm a computer engineer, and I think your mode maybe isn't good for performance, can I see the code and try to improve? (make a pull request), (when it's only the content of the game it's ok, but when come with JA and have 2000 items, slowdown on startup

1- For some reason I am unable to download this mod. I have tried manual and through vortex and it is not working. Is there a download mirror I could use to get this?  EDIT: I was finally able to download this mod, but I would still like to know about the below questions.

2- Does this mod work with other mods that add more crops and artisan goods?

3- Does this work with Stardew Valley Expanded since it reduces the values of items?

Is it possible to hide all price fluctuations in the options menu for items you have yet to obtain like the collection book? It is kind of spoilers for new players like me and my friends and would make it a lot easier and intuitive to navigate through pages of stuff looking for one thing.

Is this mod compatible with Hardew Valley? I love the concept but I dunno if it works with reduced or increased prices.
(edit: im pretty sure it does)
