Hello! First off, thank you for this mod! It's really made my gameplay so much more fun, and I can never live without my propeller hat now LOL.
However, this doesn't seem to be working even with the latest versions of CP (1.21.1) and CP-A (1.19). The strange thing is, it seems to only be this particular mod as I have your other animation mods installed (animated fish, tools, food, etc) and they work just fine. The clothes animation seem to be "stuck" on their first frame for some reason. It is not that the mod does not load in the game, but that for this particular mod, the animation freezes? My SMAPI Log does not show any errors for this (It actually runs with zero errors).
I have tried the following, which did not work:
Combining the assets with the other animation mods + editing the config and content files. Still same result, clothes are stuck but other item animations work fine.
Removed all my other (non CP-A) mods one-by-one to see if there's a particular mod conflicting with clothing.
I'm kind of stumped because I would at least imagine there should be an error log in SMAPI or something like that. I know this may not be too helpful in pinpointing the exact problem to debug but I hope you could help me! Thanks so much!
Can you link your SMAPI log? Edit: Only just downloaded the new CP-A to test this, but it seems like it can't animate anything on the shirts and hats tilesheets.
I love your animated clothing mod. I found a few of them at the hat store. I do not know where to find "The Propeller" beanie hat. I only found the Cowgirl hat and One of my shirts animate. and that is all. I do not know where to find any others.

Do you know if this will cause any issues/crashes in multiplayer (if another player doesn't have this mod)? I'm looking at the wiki and I'm not sure if I should install this if I want to play with others with mods still on
