Is there not anyone here who can upload this wonderful mod as a working CP version? for me it does not work unfortunately and simply replace the xnb does not longer work, because another mod overwrites it. have sadly not yet been able to find out which.
Hi, I downloaded the mod and loaded it into the content folder for stardew but for some reason it still retains the old map's tiles and textures for the walls, but the map has changed to resemble like the mod's map. How do I change the texutres?
Just letting you know that for some reason SMAPI declared that this wasn't a SMAPI mod and therefore wouldn't load it. I really love what you've done and seriously prefer it to the original bathhouse! I hope to get to use it soon
Me too, i used this mod for a long time now and its so sad that SMAPI won't load it, if you or anyone by any chance know an unofficial version for this please share with us :(
How do you feel about my using this as a base for a map edit of a new hot springs I would like to create? I obviously would prefer to spread the love to as many people as possible
from the wiki @ https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Using_XNB_mods#Bath_House_Hot_Spring_Mod Mods that use [CP] Content Patcher tend to remain pretty stable.
The only issue (which is in fact the issue directly below these comments) is that the lockers do not display the correct information. A quick fix in the Tiled editor, tho.
Letting you know the messages for the two lockers (Abigail's and Penny's locker) in the girls changing room are not showing up correctly and the messages for the guys locker room only Alex's locker is there and that message is messed up too. The messages, as compared to the original hot spring, in the guy's locker room not showing up are the stinky locker and the shower. This is my first time looking at .xnb files but I was able to find and fix the issues in the BathHouse_MensLocker.xnb & BathHouse_WomensLocker.xnb files after unpacking them. Hopes this helps.
Also love your hot springs, great improvement over the original! Endorsed!
After extracting the .tbin and .yaml files from BathHouse_MensLocker.xnb and BathHouse_WomensLocker.xnb, open up the .tbin files and go to the lockers (bottom-most tile for each locker) which hold the messages (Abigail's message is in the top left row, 2nd locker; Penny's is the middle right row, 4th locker; and Alex's is in the bottom left row, 2nd locker). Right click the tile and go to tile properties, you should see Name and Value. The issue was caused because you hard-coded the string value into the tile instead of using the strings variable given in Content/Strings/StringsFromMaps.yaml which contains all the corresponding strings used in maps.
Alex's message is called BathHouse_MensLocker.4, so you'd change the Value to: Message "BathHouse_MensLocker.4" Similarly, Abigail's message is 'BathHouse_WomensLocker.3', and Penny's message is 'BathHouse_WomensLocker.2'
I'm not sure if the stinky locker and the shower messages were intended to be placed in the men's room, but if you were to add the messages then it'd be exactly the same process :-) Hope that helps!

There is an unofficial fix to this:

Note: There might still be errors, but it's worth a try.
