With the removal of Seasonal Villager Outfit mod on nexus, there is still a way to make this mod compatible with the only seasonal outfit mod (Seasonal Outfits - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic).
open the "[CP] Wizard Megumin's Seasonal Outfit & Portrait" and open manifest.json with notepad (or other equivalent) and change this code from "UniqueID": "Tanpoponoko.SeasonalOutfits", to "UniqueID": "Poltergeister.SeasonalCuteCharacters",
Tanpoponoko.SeasonalOutfits belongs to the Original Seasonal Outfit mod while Poltergeister.SeasonalCuteCharacters belongs to Seasonal Outfit - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic mod.

Can it be used without Seasonal Villager Outfits? Simply replacing the Wizard with Megumin. I don't like that Megumin's hair changes color with the seasons. Don't get it.

Nice. I tried it and it works great so far. The only thing left I can think of to point out is the requirements in the download page. When downloading the non seasonal file, it states that Seasonal Villager Outfits is a requirement. I can see how that would be confusing. If you can't change that for that specific file, then maybe clearly stating in the description that SVO is not required would prevent any misunderstading for the people interested in the mod. Maybe calling it a "stand-alone" version would work too. I say this because, until I tried it, I wasn't sure it would work without SVO. The description implies it, but it can be confusing. It was for me.

Unfortunately I'm too lazy to draw all the emotional expression of the portrait and marriage's sprite so you'll need to wait for someone to draw that or do it yourself
Look like you are using an old version of my mod, just download the lastest version and delete the old version (do NOT replace), i'm pretty sure it will work. Hope it will help you.
