nothing to do with the mod, cause it's lovely, but usually the only orange salmonberries i run into are the ones that aren't ripe yet, almost all that i've seen were red
In my area, they stay orange aside from a few red ones scattered throughout. I assume it's probably something to do with environmental factors, since I do know that other places have lots of red ones, but I'm by no means an expert. Around here, they ripen while still orange, and the red ones taste exactly the same.
