I believe, sensibly, this should now be considered deprecated.  Rather than bugging spacechase0 to update it, it'd make more sense to update the individual mods that were using it to take advantage of the new native functionality in 1.6, which allows for adding arbitrary custom giant crops without any external framework.

Are there any converters or easy guides on how to do that at this point? I know there's a python JA to CP converter that works decently well, but since most of the mods that depend on this one were just pngs, seems like the conversion would be much harder.

Ah, someone who knows their way around modding generally can do it very easily by looking at, for example, 6480's Giant Crops mod which is already converted to 1.6.  I'm not familiar enough with the process myself to convert any of them, and truthfully that was the only one I was waiting on anyway.

Hi, I'm using this mod because the Crop Regrowth and Perennial Crops mod requires it, but when I opened the game, smap sends the following message about this mod, " [More Giant Crops] You must install an assets pack to use this mod. "but I don't know which asset pack smap refers to.

I don't want to generate huge crops in my greenhouse. What should I do? It's really annoying that the ancient fruits and strawberries in the greenhouse become giant crops. I just want to have giant crops on the farm

There is no fix for this unfortunately. The mod hasn't been updated in a while so i doubt this will be fixed. The only way around it is to remove the ancient fruit and strawberry textures from whichever asset pack your using, or setup sprinklers in a way that will prevent giant crops from ever spawning in a 3x3 radius.

in case someone sees this in the future: you can just break the ancient fruit and they will just go back to normal. alternatively you can just disable them on the other mod by deleting the entry, it cant go giant if it doesn't exist.

Is it possible to add a configuration option to disallow giant crops in the greenhouse? Or would the mod work still if I used a version from before this was allowed?

This needs to be added as this one problem is preventing me from using it as it breaks my ancient fruit farm. Unfortunately the mod hasn't been updated since last year so I don't think there will be a fix.
