Attempting to use tools with less than 2 stamina, will cancel the tool use and set you to 2 stamina.

This was made for when you use tools until you get 1 stamina, and then accidentally use the tool instead of opening a chest, forcing you to restart the day. Attempting to use tools with less than 2.1 stamina, will cancel the tool use and set you to 2.1 stamina. This will probably not help you with charging tools, since if you start charging with 3 stamina and it costs 4 or more, you will still get exhausted, this was not tested and I don't care about this use case.
The fishing rod is somewhat buggy, you cannot use it with 16 or less stamina, it will cancel instantly and set you to 8.1 stamina, and attempting to use again cancel instantly and set you to 0 stamina.
