It would really make my life incredibly easier if this mod had a search filter (the keybindings is where I struggle the most; not to say I don't struggle in the mod list). This if you needed ideas for an update, ofc. Still thank you so much for all your work ♥
Hi! I'm not sure anyone else has had this issue but I can't scroll in any drop down menu? Like retexture packs with more than five options, I'll see 5 and when I try to scroll it just scrolls the entire page?
do you use vortex? i check the SMAPI log and found that the vortex put 2 Generic Mod Option File in the base game folder, so i deleted one and it fixed
having the same problem. it's supposed to show at the bottom of the options menu in-game but it's just not there for me, but it does appear in the start up menu
The cog isn't showing up for me. I checked for updates on everything, the game is up to date, and I've searched for fixes but nothing is working. Playing the game through steam on windows.
I'm having an issue where every time I update the setting for the tractor mod, they reset upon starting the game. I have changed the Tractor config.json and it keeps the settings and I changed the settings in Game using Generic Mod Config to match. The settings keep until I close the game and reopen. When I do, Tractor Mod config.json's settings are correct, but it looks like Generic Mod Config is overriding them in game to the default settings and I have to reset them every time I load the game.
If you haven't already gotten the 1.6.5 patch, it was supposed to fix some crashes. It didn't fix mine so I moved all of my mods to a separate folder then copied them back in one by one.
I use SMAPI and on a hunch I didn't copy my SaveBackup folder (which I think gets created by SMAPI automatically) back to the mods folder and I haven't had any issues loading into the game since I did that. I haven't tested all of my other mods yet, but so far I'm not crashing.
I'm seeing the same issue. I'm on Linux and thebigjb's advice didn't help. When I tried the debugging advice from SMAPI, I found that directly running the "StardewModdingAPI" file (it's right next to the main Stardew Valley executable) appears to just work. It mentions that it's running with all mods. Possible work-around until there's a more official fix from someone.
Hi, so after I config my mods how I want it to be, for example the keybinds changing... it reset everytime after an update.... how do you keep the settings after update? I hate to go through all the mods again and change the settings.

I cant find the cog or Mod options button. I downloaded and uninstalled generic mod config menu. Updated everything.
