Hi! I saw this mod and was excited for it but it wasn't showing up for me. Is it possible that if you're using recolor mod, such as Starblue Valley which is what I am using, the changes won't show up? Love the idea of this mod so much.
I don't remember people reporting such an issue but i suppose it's possible. If you feel comfortable doing it, you can try this version of the manifest and see if it does fix the issue ?
{ "Name": "Lumisteria Festival Additions", "Author": "Lumisteria", "Version": "1.0.0", "Description": "Different stands to discover over years.", "UniqueID": "lumisteria.festivaladditions", "MinimumApiVersion": "3.0.1", // Minimum SMAPI version, use whatever is current "UpdateKeys": ["Nexus:4927"], "ContentPackFor": { "UniqueID": "Pathoschild.ContentPatcher", "MinimumVersion": "1.11.0" // Minimum Content Patcher version, use whatever is current }, "Dependencies": [ { "UniqueID": "gizzymo.canonfriendlyexpansion", "IsRequired": false }, { "UniqueID": "FlashShifter.StardewValleyExpandedCP", "IsRequired": false }, { "UniqueID": "Lita.StarblueValley", "IsRequired": false }, ], }
This adds starblue valley to the dependency list to ensure that my mod is loading after it. If this is indeed the issue this should fix it. Let me know if this is the case !
Hey I just had an interesting problem. You see I'm using Platonic Relationships: basically all couples can go to ten hearts without dating them. I think maybe because that mod defines dating as "have you given them a bouquet, y/n?" rather than what's their heart level, its confusing your coding which is probably the more conventional "do they have 9+ hearts?".
It was two wrinkles actually. First I got dialogue implying we were dating from Haley (we aren't) and I got dreaded shaming by Welwick (I'm only dating one person).
Well, I'm getting in contact with the other mod to cover my bases. Oh, and this is the log: https://smapi.io/log/2bca490ef8564ba8becbfde25615ab2d
Hi, i hope you'll find a solution to your issue, but sadly it's not related to my mod ! I don't change a lot of dialogue, and not based on heart level (one is a spouse dialogue for shane, but i think it's the only one based on relationship)., and i especially don't touch Welwick (this may be a vanilla dialogue not covered by your mod ?). Good luck with your problem however.
It's not so much a problem as a curiosity. I was honestly too happy to have gotten the new grange of Caroline's plants to set up next to. It's so pretty. <3
Still it would be neat to know the answer, maybe the person running PR has an idea, maybe its Canon-Friendly Dialogue?? Who knows.
I'm not familiar with all dialogue mods, however my understanding of the "Immersive Festival Dialogue" is that it changes mostly bachelor dialogues, when my mod will not touch them very often (i think i change a bit of Elliott and Shane's dialogues, i don't remember touching other bachelor's dialogues).
My mod will load after Gizymo's mod, meaning that you'll see my custom dialogues when conditions are met. However, i don't patch a lot of dialogue (and usually, not all at the same time), letting space for people to see most the dialogue of Gizymo's mod. In addition, my mod will also patch other things that, last time i checked, aren't changed by the dialogue mod, and the dialogue mod will usually not change things past year 3. I play with Gizymo's mod, and when i tested my mod, i did my best so both of them could be played together and still make sense.
If someone has different feedback however let me know ! I can make changes if needed.
...You know, super burgers don't actually contain meat? That part always confused me. Cause its clearly supposed to be meat, but it also has the same sprite and buff as a super burger.
Yes, the survival burger you can make doesn't contain meat. The dialogues on the Fair are refering to meat as an ingredient however (Evelyn would like a vegetarian option and Harvey mentions meat being used as ingredient too). It's also why i wanted to add the dialogue and sprite about the vegetarian option, because it's more consistent with the actual recipe of the burger.
