About this mod
emily is supposed to be this religious hippie fashion designer, right? i didn’t get a shred of that when i met her in the first game (and so the dream sequence cutscene was jarring..) so i made her look more like.. herself? trendier, quirkier, more.. yoba-ist?? : P

mini-update: this mod is going to be incorporated into paradigmnomad & tanpoponoko's seasonal villager mod!
this is a portrait and character mod for emily! i felt like she didn't really look anything like her personality would dictate.. a fashion designer in some weird huge red shirt-dress thing? i dunno man... and i love her choppy hair but i wanted to make her look a little more stylish, a little more gay, yknow?
the fact that she's religious was also a surprise to me, so i figured it'd be nice to know that was the case by giving her a little yoba necklace.
and the hippie thing - i tried to make her style kinda flowy and not the youngest, a lotta handmade stuff, a lotta knits, SHAWLS especially. very much inspired by my elementary school music teacher who always wore huge flowing skirts and big clunky boots. she was my hero.
Content Patcher (i think that i've figured it out!!): unzip the CP mod into the stardewvalley/mods folder, and you're good to go!
XNB: these files go in 2 locations:
Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\Portraits
Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\Characters
(Backup the original.xnb files if you want, just to be safe.
replace the .xnb files in the corresponding folders (don't mix up the characters and the portraits!)
