hello. I want to add the Sunberry Village custom npc (EliasSBV) using this mod, but I keep getting this error and it won't add him. It's very unfortunate, because when I did the same thing an hour ago, the character worked fine, but I couldn't kiss him while playing, so I reset and tried again, but I keep getting the same error log. I've deleted the mod and it still shows up... I'll post the log address. Please help me (I used a translator).

SBV character for some reason added their texture name repeating the Charecter name, so instead of the textureing being "Character/EliasSBV", it is "Character/EliasSBV/EliasSBV", so CKM don't find the texture. It might only be a problem with GMCM. If you add the configuration in the config file, it should work.

helloo, is there's a certain button that allows the player to kiss the npc? Im new to stardew vally and really have no clue on how to make it happen ( I have other mods installed : Baldur's valley and longer days) and thanks <3

You are both using Unix systems, so it might be it. This error is related to create the config menu, so you can keep using the current version, the menu will just not work properly.
I don't have a unix system to check it out, but it might also be a conflict. Can one of you test removing all other mods but Custom Kissing and Generic Mod Config Menu?
I apologize for the late reply. Since I wasn't the OP I didn't get a notification for your message. Here is the SMAPI log with only Custom Kissing and GMCM.
It appears that this is due to the fact that a unix filesystem is case sensitive while Windows is not. Steam Deck is a linux OS so I am also seeing this there but not on Windows. When I renamed the "Abigail_Beach.xnb" to "Abigail_beach.xnb" as it is looking for in the logfile it went past that and gave a different file that is missing. Might just need to update to match the case of these file names.
