Its the same mod as Town Furniture in Catalogue by noodelwoman, but with fireplaces and using CP.

The original mod can be found here, but for some reason the author forgot about the fireplaces. Seems like he is not going to fix it, so i did it by myself.
To use it just install the content patcher and extract the mod in the Mods folder inside of your game directory.
