Removes any need to collect items for the community center. All bundles are replaced with wheat flour totaling the price needed to complete the Joja Development Form for each final repair.

Hello!
So I don't like going the Joja route in game, like many others. But I also don't like having to collect specific items at specific times to complete the Community Center in a timely fashion. So this mod simply replaces all items needed for a bundle with wheat flour, which you can buy at Pierre's.
The total price of each room in the Community Center is equal to the price needed to finish that town improvement with the Joja Development Form. The only room that is unchanged is the vault, because it already is what I want it to be. But, because I removed the item requirements I also removed the rewards for each bundle. (Well, "removed," I changed it to 1 piece of wood instead. I originally wanted to make it nothing, like the Joja Form, but I thought the wood was funny so I didn't even try changing it.)
This way you can not stress about seasonal requirements or watching the Traveling Cart to get the items needed AND not feel guilty for siding with Joja! That's a big win in my book.
Installation:
Pretty easy, just make sure you have Content Patcher and unzip it into your mod folder like any other mod.
