A complete overhaul of Clint, getting rid of him completely, for a brand new NPC named Clarice!

UPDATE 2.1.0!!:
Karmylla helped create a new map for Clarice, and also made a compatibility patch for her mod Karmylla's Immersive Maps and Clarice!!

Update 2.1.1:
Minor spelling fix, plus Lewis schedule fix.

Update 2.1.2:
Seasonal variants for Clarice! Just portraits and sprites, nothing way too major!
Make sure to check out the config folder to make sure Seasonal is yes, or no if you don't want the variants!
The Z file is for if you use other seasonal variants that change Clint, and you want to be double sure there wont be any weird mishaps. It's just like the other file, except it has a Z so it's last in the load order. I might be changing the mod's name so it's later in the load order just to be 100% sure of weird things not happening.

Update 2.1.3:
Minor spelling fixes, and I had forgot to include Clarice's clothing therapy variants, oof.
Some minor dialogue changes as well, not too important. 
Main folder has been renamed to So Farewell Clint, Hello Clarice, in order to help with load order!

Update 2.1.4:
Fixed a game freezing error that I encountered while playing, big oof.

Update 2.1.5:
Little compatibility patch with Karmylla's Immersive Maps!!! Just changes Shane's positioning during his 7 heart event in Town!

Clarice! A new NPC that completely gets rid of Clint!
Clarice has completely new dialogue, you won’t ever remember Clint’s dialogue with her around!
So say Bye Bye Clint, Hello Clarice today!

Clarice’s gift tastes are mostly the same as Clint’s, however she no longer loves Artichoke Dip or Fiddlehead Risotto. She has two new loves to replace the previous two! She will hint to them in-game, however I’ll list them under the spoiler for those who don’t want to deal with that!

Clarice also likes flowers instead of disliking them!


I, sadly, couldn’t change her shop dialogue. I’m pretty sure it’s hard-coded into the game. If anyone can figure out how to edit shop dialogue, please let me know!


Events changed:
Shane’s 7 Heart one in Town and Emily’s 8 heart event!
Clarice gets a few new events as well, replacing all of Clint’s events!
She has one at 3 hearts, 5 hearts, and 7 hearts!
I’ll list the event conditions and locations under spoiler!

3 <3: Forest,has to be sunny, not winter,and in between 6:00 am and 3:00 pm.
5 <3: Saloon, you must have reached the bottom floor of the Mines at least once, and in between 7:00pm and 11:00 pm
7 <3: Blacksmith, no requirements besides 6 <3s, however there is a variant if you are currently dating Emily. In between 9:00 am and 7:00pm



If any mod is incompatible, let me know, and I’ll make a compatibility patch!

Also, in the future I will be making seasonal variants for Clarice as well as more events and dialogue.

Obviously this mod will be incompatible with any mods that change Clint’s portrait, sprite, and dialogue.

Will also be incompatible with any mod that changes any of the events I described above.

Thanks to CP it should be compatible with any other mod that adds events and changes anything else! Hopefully!

Currently there is only one (1) bug, which is Clarice’s room’s door.
It will refer to her with his pronouns when you first touch it. Which means doors are transphobic, but willing to change after a day or so! It will reset after closing the game and restarting it, but won't change across load files after the first day of touching the door. I have no idea why this happens.
