'Twas A Dark and Stormy Interface
A brand new interface recolor, if by brand new you mean: been used for years
by its creator, me, and I've finally broken and uploaded it for public use.

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Download file
2. Unzip into "Mods" folder
3. Optionally: Download compatibility file, drag
folders of mods you use into 'Mods' folder
4. Play the game and enjoy!
