A massive thank you to 8BitAlien for not only creating this mod (and many others), but also for giving me permission to make edits to Alice. Thank you 8BitAlien!

I created a new portrait and sprite for Alice, from Laelia Glade by 8BitAlien. Alice is referred to as a "fairy with no wings", so I gave her pointed ears to give off more of a fae vibe.
All credit for "Laelia Glade - Alice" goes to 8BitAlien.
INSTALLATION GUIDE: 1. Download the original Laelia Glade mod and install it FIRST. 2. Download this file and unzip. 3. Drag my "Laelia Glade" folder into your mods folder and allow it to overwrite. (Make sure the original mod is already inside your mods folder, otherwise it will not work)
If you have any issues, or if at any point in time the original mod is updated and the folder name is changed, you can manually drop both Alice.pngs into the "Laelia Glade>[CP] Laelia Glade>Assets>Alice>Images" folder of the original mod and allow it to overwrite.
I made this for personal use to align a bit more with vanilla style, and wanted to share. Thank you to 8Bit Alien for creating such a fun and mystical mod.
