Adds a charming rusting farmhouse option for your building using content patcher!

Hello folks! It was request of me to make a content patcher version of my Rustic Farmhouse mod, so I decided to give it a go! Hope it all works smoothly.
How to use: Make sure you have smapi and content patcher installed before putting this in your mods folder. Then once you add this, it should replace it with my farmhouse art ^^ This may conflict with other building mods so make sure you know what else you have installed.
