   How do I use it if its not working with SNAPI?

      It doesn't use SMAPI
      Its a file that you replace the original file with.
      Windows-Programs(x86)-Steam-steamapps-common-Stardew Valley-Content-Animals and you should see a file named horse, replace that with the mod one.
