Tired of farming bat wings? Well, I have the mod for you! It’s frickin’ bats!
Livestock Bats
Livestock Bats
All bats can be purchased from Marnie after building a bat cave!
Basic Bat - drops bat wings
Fruit Bat - drops one foraged or tree fruit
Tuber Bat - drops foraged tubers (snow yam, winter root, cave carrot)
Mushroom Bat - drops red or purple mushrooms (or magma mushrooms, if you’re lucky!)
Meteor Bat - drops iridium and occasionally diamonds
Bat Caves
Includes three seasonal caves for bats (and bats only!). Comes in normal, large, and deluxe versions. Caves can be turned off in config, which will allow bats to be placed in coops.Translations/Compatibility
Translations: i18n files are included! If you are interested in making a translation, please feel free to do so. Please reach out in DMs or in the comments so I can get your translation added to the mod page.Recolors: Currently only vanilla colors are included, but I plan to add some recolors in the future. Recolor modifications are okay as long as you have permission from the author of the recolor and both mods (Livestock Bats and the recolor) are marked as dependencies. Earthy recolor now included!
Compatibility: Should not have any kind of conflicts with other mods. Please let me know if you find any and I will do my best to fix it. Includes a compatibility patch for Livestock Bazaar.
Troubleshooting
When filing a bug report, please make sure to include a SMAPI log. You can also include a patch summary by typing or copy/pasting “patch summary ahri1014.LivestockBats” without the quotations into your SMAPI console.
