This mod replaces the base farmer sprite with one that has more mature (half closed) eyes. It makes no other changes and should be compatible with Fashion Sense and any other mods that don't edit the base sprite.
This is a simple CP patch, meaning it just replaces the farmer sprite without any other bells or whistles. If you'd like bells and whistles I can recommend two other mods that can do something similar.
Curvy Girl Redux has the option for smaller eyes, which look just like what I did with my own eye edit. You can also add other neat features to your farmer. It doesn't just give you the option of a curvy body, there's also wild, fantasy, and alien options too.
More Elegant Farmer Body has an option for half closed eyes as well. Plus a delicate skin coloration and other softer options for a more fem presenting farmer. It also allows for removing the base eyes, head, or body entirely. I presume for mod compatibility reasons, or fashion sense shenanigans.
