Stardew Waystones adds craftable teleportation stones to Stardew Valley! Craft Waystones, place them anywhere, name them, and instantly teleport between them. Reorder your teleportation list easily via drag & drop.

Teleport intuitively through Stardew Valley with self-named waystones and build your own travel system.

🗺️ Features

  • Craftable Waystones:
Craft and place Waystones anywhere you like on your farm or across the valley.

  • Custom Naming:
Upon placing a Waystone, you'll be prompted to give it a custom name and confirm by pressing Enter.
Names can be up to 25 characters long. 

  • Easy Teleportation:
Clicking on any Waystone opens a selection menu, displaying all your previously placed Waystones.
Simply click on your destination, and you're instantly teleported.

  • Edit Mode:
Click the wrench button in the top‑right to enter Edit Mode.
In Edit Mode, drag‑and‑drop sorting has moved here — use the arrow icon to rearrange your list.
You can also rename any Waystone by left‑clicking the pencil icon.

  • Protected Placement:
Your Waystones are safe! NPC destruction of player-placed BigCraftables has been disabled,
ensuring your Waystones remain untouched.

📍 Location Restrictions

Waystone placement is restricted in certain areas to ensure stable and logical gameplay:

  • Bus Stop and Boat Tunnel: 
These locations use their own warp methods and are excluded.

  • Mine Shafts and Dungeons:
These areas regenerate upon reloading or entering and are therefore excluded from Waystone placement.

 ⚠️ Technical details

  • Currently only support for PC version with mouse and keyboard,
    so no support for Android and/or controller (an implementation is not yet a priority)

  • Multiplayer cannot be tested by me. Feedback would be helpful here.
