Configuration
NumberOfRequiredRarecrows - The number of different types of rarecrows on the farm to have total immunity from crows.
EnableProgressiveMode - Progressive mode will lower the chance of crows spawning based on how many rarecrows you have (When the placed amount is below the number of the config option above).
ProgressivePercentPerRarecrow - The percent chance each placed rarecrow will add to the progressive mode calculation (At a percent of 10, 5 rarecrows would shield the farm 50% or time, etc).
