Same issue here, when I start the game I get the warning:

Any idea how to fix this? Or is v 7.2.0 not yet compatible?
For some reason you're running SMAPI with the wrong version of Harmony. Most likely Vortex corrupted your StardewValley/SMAPI/Mods installation. I'd recommend deleting and reinstalling everything. Preferably without using Vortex.
I finally unlocked the new 1.6 functional wearable that starts with a T and quickly found that I can't equip any, the slot is there, but no amount of different angled clicking gets anything equipped. It cannot be StardewHack as it does nothing. Maybe it's bigger backpack that's causing issues, but that seems highly unlikely as it does not touch trinkets and otherwise other players would have reported that already. Most likely there's another mod interfering, but I have no idea which one that might be.
StardewHack 7.2.0 because it needs newer versions of some mods: Generic Mod Config Menu (needs 1.12.0 or later) As I already told you: make sure you've updated generic mod config menu and your other mods!

Except for Bigger Backpack, Wear More Rings & Harvest With Scythe. Those are going to take quite some more effort to get working properly.
