Fish sauce takes seven days to age in a preserving jar, but has a 4x price multiplier compared to a smoked fish's 2x, while not requiring coal. It also inherits the original fish's quality and profits from the Fisher and Angler profession's, just like smokers.
You can also create a special version that is made using the most common fish used in fish sauce in real life, anchovies.
