You can convert Basic Fertilizer into Quality Fertilizer and Quality Fertilizer into Deluxe Fertilizer.
The conversion is 4 to 1
You learn Basic to Quality at Level 6 Farming and Quality to Deluxe at level 9
You can also convert Basic Fertilizer to Tree Fertilizer and vice-versa in a rate of 2 to 1
