Adds a pokeball Trinket that summons a friendly Pikachu

Adds a new Pokeball trinket that summons a helpful Pikachu companion. Requires mushymato's Trinket Tinker framework.
Pokeball Levels:
Level 1 - Summon a Pikachu; harvest nearby forage, Shake and harvests trees and bushes.",
Level 2 - Summon a Pikachu; harvest nearby crops, Shake and harvests trees and bushes.",
Level 3 - Summon a Pikachu; harvest nearby forage and crops, Shake and harvests trees and bushes.",
How to obtain:
the Pokeball trinket drops naturally just like vanilla trinkets do, but always at level 1 use the anvil to change levels.
