About this mod
Ducks now come in male and female varieties, with females laying eggs and males dropping feathers.

Makes it so you can purchase ducks in male and female varieties. Purchase at Marnie's similar to how you purchase white/brown chickens. Female sprites were created by TinCanRaccoon (see mod Female Duck).
Males drop plain duck feather (new item) every 3 days, and then green duck feather (vanilla duck feather) once friendship is high enough. Females lay duck eggs every 2 days, this is either Duck Egg (F) or Duck Egg (M) - duck eggs (M) are slightly greener and can be hatched into male ducks and duck eggs (F) are vanilla coloured and can be hatched into female ducks. With the exception of hatching, both duck eggs function in exactly the same way.
This mod is compatible with Like a Duck to Water Continued but I think probably not compatible with other mods that edit ducks.
Potential future updates
- I would really like to make it so there is only one type of duck egg and it has a random chance of being male or female but I have not managed to work out how to do this yet. If you know how, please let me know.
- Feathers don't really have a use except as gifts so may make some items to be able to craft with them.
