Water pet bowls if they are in the range of sprinkler.
Tested on vanilla maps and on custom maps and with more than one pet.
For maximum flexibility on sprinkler placement, can water any of the 2x2 square of the pet bowl building with a sprinkler to effectively water the pet bowl in the mornings.
