Did anyone else have issues catching a flounder with this mod? I tried multiple seasons and even though it's an easy fish I never saw it. So I decided to look into my mods and once I removed this one I immediately got a flounder. I'm really wondering whether it's a weird coincidence or if this mod somehow is at fault.
I think you can shake them out of the trees but they don't spawn on the ground. I like the idea though and it's probably not super difficult to implement. I'll ask around and maybe throw it in an update after exams. Thanks for the feedback!
Do you know if the palm trees only show up during certain seasons? I'm currently in fall and if seasons shouldn't be the case, there may be another mod i have that could be interfering with it running correctly.
They should show up regardless of season, however if you added the mod mid playthrough (sounds like you did) then it will take a few days for the palms to grow. If you don't see baby palms sprouting around the beach after a few days, odds are you have another mod which replaces the beach map file conflicting with this one.
Lovely! I tend to do something similar on my personal map edits (I use Expanded Access maps, so I can't use this mod, or post the changes of my personal edits). I expect many people will enjoy it!
Thanks! It was actually your mushroom box mods that inspired me to take up modding myself. I forgot about Expanded Access maps as I don't use it personally. I guess if there's enough interest in this edit I might reach out to the author of that one and see about making a compatibility patch ????
Hmm that is odd. I'm not super familiar with 9zip but I think it should play nice with RAR files and that's what I get when I download it from here. Maybe try using another decompression program?
