I think if you decorated the left field a bit with some grass and a few small ponds it would be less overwhelming as that space is really huge, maybe you could make a version with extra decorations and keep the empty version? idk how difficult that would be but i think it would be a really good idea for people who dont really care too much about farming and use other methods

Is it possible to upload a variant without the shortcuts near the Greenhouse beside Grandpa's Shrine? (i.e. remove the mine, secret woods, sewer, and desert shortcuts) as well as relocating the map exit (towards the bus stop) to the right where it normally is. Exiting at the top and coming out right-facing is jarring.
Flawless running in multiplayer, too, if anyone interested in this map was curious.
Sorry, at the beginning I set the exit to the far right, but it was too far from the house to go out to the exit, so I had to do it. As for the shortcut, I will find a way to add options in the config.json file so that the shortcut can be canceled.
I would also like to see a version without the shortcuts. Also, would it be possible to make a version without the greenhouse, summit, and cellar expansions? I am using different mods for all three areas.
I like this cool concept, however it just needs a little more refining before I would download. As a Mod developer you should keep things simple, and keep your mod on track with your mod title. The Title of this Mod lead me to think this mod expanded the forest farm map with a some extra features to the farm only, But upon further reading your mod description told me that this mod is not just a "Expanded Foraging Farm" But changes to the whole map. I definitely agree with others in this forum that some of the shortcuts should be either be removed or configurable to be disabled. I would definitely get rid of the desert, secret woods, and sewer shortcuts. Instead of just a mine shortcut turn it into a cave with small mining area about the same size as the area in the hill top farm map. For the Bus stop map exit on the farm, you could add a map piece that connects the farm to the bus stop and make that map have a turn so the player can change direction from going up and down to left or right. Example the map connection between the farm and Robins carpentry cabin and lake map. Next thing is to add config options to enable or disable the green house and cellar, but keep them separate so the player can choose to which they want disabled. Next Remove and Separate the map shortcuts you have scattered around the map and put them into a different mod. For example I like the River to Beach Shortcut but Stuff like that needs to be put into a different mod altogether. Overall A Great Mod is forming and i will be interested in seeing it progress into an actual Expanded Farm Map Mod, not random features mod. Take my advice from a fellow Mod Developer, The way your mod has random features right now, makes it broken, you could either pull the broken parts out into separate mods or turn this mod into a full Map Overhaul mod. I'm starting a new playthrough with this, my game is in german which isn't a problem so far. I actually like the shortcuts for some reason. Endorsed because I like the additions. Thanks!
Is this compatible with existing saves? My main farm is a foraging farm and I would love more space, but I also don’t want to corrupt my save file and/or lose any of my items. Also, do all players need to have this mod installed for multiplayer?
Edit: Tested this myself, works with old saves as long as you don’t have anything where the shortcuts are. (Your items will be inside the shortcuts and make them useless) In multiplayer, only players with the mod installed will have access to the shortcuts and expansion areas.
Edit #2: With the new mod update you need to start a new farm.

when i go from farm to desert it stuck
