- Small quarry/sprinklable 5x5 area in the left bottom island
- Blue grass spawns around the archipelago
- Cave/greenhouse/quarry grassy area shortcut locked behind pickaxe/axe 1st and 2nd upgrades
- Easy transportation system! The boats will quickly take you to the backwoods, the bus stop, or the forest!
- Beach forage will spawn regularly in this farm!
- Palm trees on the farm! (They can drop seeds that grow new palm trees; however, chopping down a palm tree completely won't give you any palm tree seeds; be warned!)
- Variety of fish schools during each season!
- Special catches during summer/winter!
