By default, it will lock minecart access and swimming area behind a hardwood stump and boulder. You can turn it off in the config.json file by setting it to "false". This is only for new saves.

YES IT WORKS FOR OLD AND NEW SAVE FILES IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING. For Old Save files, use mods like Passable Objects to get rid of debris and crops etc. that were used to be on an accessible tile. Use Even More Secret Woods BushReset file to reset bushes.
