This is a farmhouse edit made to suit my tastes. It started out with me editing other peoples' farmhouse mods and eventually morphed into my own as I learned tiled and figured out what I wanted. The footprint is the same whether or not you have a spouse in game; just that when you have a spouse you will not be able to fully use the extra room.
While you can buy all the upgrades to the house, including the basement, you will not be able to access any of them and they may cause texture glitches. If you want a basement, I recommend getting PIF and downloading my Simple Cellar mod that I made specifically for this house mod.
I also recommend getting No Clip in order to rescue furniture from the void when upgrading the farmhouse.
