I liked 91BlaDe's EventTester, but it was outdated and threw errors in the console. So, I created my own from scratch.
You can specify as many events as you want in the config.json file, and then trigger them in-game!
You can also edit config.json while the game is running and trigger the modified event without needing to restart the game!
