Meet a group of monsters who are curious about humans! This mod was made for the October '24 Discord Mod Jam.
This mod adds 5 monster NPCs who only appear one season a year - Fall! Befriend them to help them learn about the mysterious human ceremony known to monsterkind as the Spirited Eve.
You do not need to max out friendship with these monsters to attain Perfection, but you do need to do so in order to view their full story. They come with festival positions, movie preferences, and custom gift dialogue for a few of their favorite items. One in particular has a bone-anza of lines for a specific subset of items ;)
All of these NPCs have a couple items they share as loved gifts:
As well as other loved items for each of them that correspond to their monster type.

Event Guide:
All events can only take place during the Fall season. Each event requires the one before it to have been seen already.

Mod compatibilities:
- Stardew Valley Expanded: compatible!
- Festival of the Mundane: compatible! The monsters will start attending after viewing their 12th event.
- Other expansions (RSV, ES, VMV, PC etc): Should be compatible, but let me know if you find any issues.
Event Guide:
All events can only take place during the Fall season. Each event requires the one before it to have been seen already.
Spoiler:
1: Enter town.
2: Have at least 1 heart with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town between 7pm and 2am.
3: Have at least 2 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town.
4: Have at least 3 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the saloon.
5: Have at least 4 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the forest on a Friday or a Sunday.
6: Have at least 5 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town.
7: Have at least 6 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the bus stop.
8: Have at least 7 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town.
9: Have at least 8 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the mountain.
10: Have at least 9 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the bus stop on the 27th of Fall.
11/12: Enter the mountain on the 28th of Fall. If you have 10 hearts with all 5 npcs, you'll see one version of this event. If you have less than 10 hearts with any of them, you'll see another version. Either way, they'll leave for the Winter and return in the next Fall season, so you can still continue getting hearts with them and seeing the 10 heart version whenever you reach it, by going to the mountain on the 28th again with 10 hearts with all of them.

1: Enter town.
2: Have at least 1 heart with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town between 7pm and 2am.
3: Have at least 2 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town.
4: Have at least 3 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the saloon.
5: Have at least 4 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the forest on a Friday or a Sunday.
6: Have at least 5 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter town.
7: Have at least 6 hearts with all 5 npcs in this mod and enter the bus stop.

11/12: Enter the mountain on the 28th of Fall. If you have 10 hearts with all 5 npcs, you'll see one version of this event. If you have less than 10 hearts with any of them, you'll see another version. Either way, they'll leave for the Winter and return in the next Fall season, so you can still continue getting hearts with them and seeing the 10 heart version whenever you reach it, by going to the mountain on the 28th again with 10 hearts with all of them.
