In this mod, Marnie and Jas get switched out with Boris and Conny, an adorable bear and cat pairing! These are two characters from a children's book that I created, and I thought it'd be fun to bring them into Stardew Valley! Since this is my first mod, I wanted to try patching over existing NPCs rather than creating my own.

SPECIFICS:
- Marnie's and Jas' sprites and portraits are replaced. Boris replaces Marnie, and Conny replaces Jas.
- Marnie (Boris) is now male, using he/him pronouns in-game.
- Some of Jas' (Conny's) dialogue was changed to prevent her from referring to Boris as "Aunt"
- Accidentally turns Lewis into a (literal) bear-loving gay man
KNOWN ISSUES
- Boris does not change into his winter outfit (this is likely an issue with Content Patcher? All the code works just fine, there are no problems with file names, locations, or visuals, just for some reason it won't swap Boris' default with his winter outfit. He is in his default outfit year-round)
