Adds a new animated flower veil with 4 variations to Fashion Sense.

I started making this as just a flower crown, but it quickly evolved into a fancy veil instead. The non-veil version will be included with my flower crown pack when that's finished.
This includes 4 variations:
Colorable flowers with a white veil.
Colorable flowers with a black veil.
Colorable flowers and veil, but they color together instead of separately.
Separately colorable flowers and veil, but the veil is solid instead of transparent.
I couldn't get the separate color options to work on the transparent veil, which is why the solid option is there. But it does work if I don't separate the colors and have the whole thing colorable as one piece, hence the third option.
The veil is animated when moving, which I'm SO happy with! :D

Requires Fashion Sense to work!
Download and unzip the file.
Move the file "[FS] Luny's Flower Veils" to your StardewValley/mods folder.
