Of course, I didn't use it as it is,
I've just tried to extract a sound that wasn't too distant from the actual pig sound and wasn't annoying.

If you are hesitant to install,
you can download it as manual and listen to the wav file in the [assets] folder first before installing it.
There is no hold or update because it is a simple mod.
I have confirmed to myself that it works in 1.6.
