Adds Kiwis and kiwi related items to your game!

Adds 8 types of kiwis and their eggs, 4 new recipes, and kiwi fruit to the game using Content Patcher.
The Kiwis are:
The first four can be purchased from Marnie or hatched from a kiwi egg, you will get a random one. Once you have high enough friendship with a kiwi there is a chance they will lay a special egg (blue/gold/moss/void) which will hatch the appropriate type of kiwi. They will also sometimes bring you other items including kiwi fruit.
Should be compatible with everything as it has its own internal ids. I've had no issues yet with Cornucopia, Wildflours mods, Lumestrias Serene Meadow, RSV, SVE, or ES. So it should be fine. However this is my first mod so if there are issues please report it in the bugs section with your SMAPI log, and I'll do what I can.

- Okarito (masked)
- Gold
