Conversion to Content Patcher of 0Vadalia0's Gnomes BFAV mod, to make it 1.6 compatible. Adds gnomes as a new livestock animal in game.

I have converted (with permission) 0Vadalia0's Gnomes mod to Content Patcher, since BFAV is now obsolete.
All credits go to @0Vadalia0for the original mod and art.
To install, simply make sure you have both SMAPI and Content Patcher updated, then drop the unzipped mod into your Mods folder.
This mod adds in game a new livestock, gnomes, who drop red and purple mushrooms :)
