Gave Harvey a slimmer body and added a moustache

SMAPI and Content Patcher are required. Download the file then unzip/extract it into into your Stardew mods folder!
Vanilla Harvey's glasses and o-legs make him look like a frog. sorry...
I redrew Harvey's sprite to make him look taller and slimmer.
Also added a moustache to him, more in line with the vanilla portrait~
