Don't stop time while fishing making the valley more lively and immersive!

This is a very basic mod that will make time keep running while reeling in a fish.
I made this just for my personal use since I use some expansion mods and I have to use TimeSpeed to make time go slow, so while I'm fishing time goes extremely slow due to time freezing. This just makes so game time updates while fishing, there shouldn't be a problem with other mods that affect time.
This is obviously intended for single player since multiplayer does this by default.
Use GMCM to select if you want to freeze villagers or enemies while fishing. Useful in case you are struggling fishing for example on Ridgeside Village forest with tons of enemies around :P
