Adds colorful carrots and a few recipes to the game!

I wanted to get some practice in with creating mail, crops, recipes, and adding gift tastes so I figured this would be the perfect way to do so!
This mod adds four new types of carrots to the game that are grown in different seasons and three new recipes.

Sell at least one carrot, and reach two hearts with the Dwarf. The next day they will send you a letter in the mail letting you know you can trade the vanilla carrot seeds for the others.
