NEW added the ability to to configure the heart level you want the chance to be ran you can input a number between 1 and 5 corresponding default is 3. percentage chance is still a number between 0 and 1 e.g. .50 is 50%

This is a stable version if you are not opted into the beta. After you run this mod for the first time a config file will be created for a percentage chance. To change it, use a number between 0 and 1 (e.g. 0.1 is 10% and 1.0 is 100%)
