An Abigail portrait using Mannequin Portrait Generator. The system allows for easy portrait generation and the selection of different poses. This is just an initial experiment with it.

Changelogs
Version 0.0.2
tweaked colors some more, as the original portrait and the character sprite have different ideas. This is also clearly just a headshot.
Version 0.0.1
first version, correct hair color, but no pose variation (also my first mod upload)
I tried to use the correct color for things, but Mannequin doesn't support a lot of different clothing styles right now, so some choices were limited. I want to try tweaking the sprite assets to match at a later time.
Since the art is all derived from Mannequin assets, it will look compatible with any other Mannequin art.
I also plan to do this with other characters as well. The results might not be perfect, but they're fast and easy, so I'll be able to whip these out for whatever weirdo mods I decide to play with, too. To me, having consistent art of acceptable quality is better than having it be all over the place.
This would not be possible without: https://ar14.itch.io/mannequin As an optional download, I'm including the Mannequin file I used.
Once I master the process I'll create a mod for the whole town.
The first version I uploaded wasn't quite as zoomed in on the face as this one. While that one could have qualified for "skimpy outfits" because you could see the top of the bikini, in this one you see none of that.
I'll also be looking in to how to do HD portraits. Pixel art is cool and all, but facial details are easily lost at the lower resolutions. Mannequin supports poses to help convey emotion, but at the current resolution any visible pose drops facial detail and expression.
