Conversion to Content Patcher of 3frogs' Baba Yaga BFAV mod, to make it 1.6 compatible.

I have converted (with permission) 3frogs's cute Baba Yaga mod to Content Patcher, since BFAV is now obsolete.
All credits go to @3frogs for the original mod and art. The original version had no drops, so I decided to make a slight change and have these Baba Yaga drop Bone Fragments and Frozen Tears, to align a bit with the folklore.
To install, simply make sure you have both SMAPI and Content Patcher updated, then drop the unzipped mod into your Mods folder.
