Update to the scarecrows from Ran's Farm Decor to work on deluxe and normal scarecrows!

Hiya! I really love all of Ran's mods but they haven't been updated in a long time, so I wanted to update just the scarecrows from their farm decor mod so that normal and deluxe scarecrows could match. All this does is retexture both the normal scarecrow and the deluxe scarecrow to have the original mod's texture. I could not for the life of me figure out how to do the config, but I'll fiddle around (I was very confused lol :P). This does mean that I didn't add a desaturated option like in the original mod.
Figured it out haha! Now you can turn off the retexture for either scarecrow and pick the desaturated winter version of the winter scarecrow :0 Also added an update key, if needed.
If you have this mod and the original mod from Ran as well, please switch of Ran's scarecrow in the config of the original mod otherwise it'll probably conflict.
